Italian Cannon 381/40.
Italy built only one model of railway gun during the war. Four Cannon 381/40 saw service in support of operations in the Isonzo and Trentino sectors.

Bottom:
American 14in Gun. Naval Railway Mount, Mk I
Five of these railway guns were shipped to France in 1918 in response to reports that long range German artillery was shelling Channel ports.
